Although HOMZUM is building technology to use less resources when home buying and selling, there is very much a team approach. Behind every HOMZUM deal that happens between buyer and seller only, there was and is a team of capable industry insiders, engineers, innovators and believers that less is more in a real estate transaction.

We are a real estate company that's goal is not just to buy and sell property. Our goal is to show and more importantly, assist consumers to have transactions that are more financially beneficial to them. We will show them the equation and the math behind why HOMZUM is the alternative that should have been there all along. In fact, it once was and we are bringing it back to the people who matter, the buyer and the sellers, We are putting control back in their hands, and putting back proceeds from sales into their pockets.

One component of HOMZUM is that it will be a state of the are tool designed to walk potential buyers and sellers thru a process that the public has been led to believe that is more complicated than it actually is.

Most importantly it will show you how to price your home in the correct way that uses the savings from not having to use costly brokerages, lenders and closing attorneys, It shows you how you can transfer that savings to buyers for a faster sale with more profit for you and a less of a sale price for the buyer. It will show you the math showing exactly why you should do that.

Although we may choose to affiliate with other 3rd party companies within the industry, we are itself not a listing site.
Our listings our showcased on behalf of the seller, with the buyer in mind.
All of the listings you will see will be HOMZUM listings only. No MLS listings will be listed on HOMZUM.
Anyone can participate on HOMZUM. The only requirement is you are a seller looking for a buyer or a buyer looking for a seller. A buyer or a seller free of any representation from a brokerage. A buyer and a seller using only the HOMZUM platform and their mutual respect.
We do not act as traditional agents.
Although we are all licensed agents we do not act as such, Let me explain.
We make no representation toward a seller or a buyer. We work only on behalf of the consumer as a whole in a very broad sense.
Because we strive to represent the whole consumer pool it allows us to give always the utmost clarity and transparency to each individual consumer we encounter.
We also do not earn from any one specific transaction and have zero financial interest in the outcome.

HOMZUM is being developed now.
The actual HOMZUM concept has already been designed by me, Michael Rinella and the specifics of it will be released with product launch.
This is just a TEMPORARY site made by me with GODADDYS help to lay out some early content.
I will use it as such for now. We will be building a small technology and development team.

HOMZUM will be teaming up with some of the brightest minds in Real Estate law to insure the utmost protection for our customers and all consumers. All legal paperwork,contracts, closings etc will all be handled by our legal team on behalf of the consumer. We do not represent any real estate brokerages or financial institutions. Our sole responsibility is to protect the consumers, both buyer and seller first.
