We are not a listing site!
Although we may choose to affiliate with other 3rd party companies within the industry, we are itself not a listing site.
Our listings our showcased on behalf of the seller, with the buyer in mind.
All of the listings you will see will be HOMZUM listings, listed soley by the seller with the help of the HOMZUM platform, while leaving everyone else out of the transaction
As we are here to assist on behalf of the consumer first, we may partner with some of the leaders in search, until we can compete in search.
We do not act as traditional agents.
Although we are all licensed agents we do not act as such. We have licenses only for compliance with local laws and to help better speak freely and legally in all real estate transactions.
We make no representation toward a seller or a buyer. We work only on behalf of the consumer as a whole in a very broad sense.
Because we strive to represent the whole consumer pool it allows us to give always the utmost clarity and transparency to each individual consumer we encounter.
We also do not earn from any one specific transaction and have zero financial interest in the outcome.

HOMZUM is being developed now.
The actual HOMZUM concept has already been designed by me, Michael Rinella and the specifics of it will be released with product launch.
This is just a TEMPORARY site made by me with GODADDYS help to lay out some early content.
I will use it as such for now and will be building a team of engineers, industry experts and competent legal minds.

Legality.
HOMZUM will be teaming up with some of the brightest minds in Real Estate law to insure the utmost protection for our customers and all consumers. All legal paperwork,contracts, closings etc will all be handled by our legal team on behalf of the consumer. We do not represent any real estate brokerages or financial institutions. Our sole responsibility is to protect the consumers, both buyer and seller first.
